One of the most amazing customer support bank

The customer support and the app UI is so brilliantly done . There are actually working to make a revolution in the banking industry. Starling lost a star from me because i think there should be a feature where you can send send directly to frds who have phone numbers saved and have facilities for sending money internationally to more countries. User-friendly app backed up by friendly people

The app is easy to use and regularly has updates and improvements. I’ve only had need to contact the bank a couple of times but it’s easy to do so, you get prompt and personal replies rather than pre-written generic answers and you feel they care for their customers.
