So easy to use

The app is so easy to use and very secure. I like using my card abroad benefiting from great exchange rates. The immediate notification of a spend or purchase to my phone is another great feature. I have only requested help from customer service once, done via the app and was very efficient, well done Starling. I have recommended you friends and family. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Wish I had switched before

I’ve avoided banking apps and didn’t enjoy my previous current account provider’s online system. Couldn’t really switch until I had a secure smartphone but wish I’d done it sooner. The app is smooth, communications clear and helpdesk responsive. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Excellent service - easy to set up and use

I was reticent to go "online" to start with because I believe that I would still want the bricks and mortar service offers by a more traditional bank. However, I took the plunge and transferred to Starling. It's excellent. Great service - easy if you need to speak to someone. For example - I wanted to buy a car and make sure I could do the transfer from my account for the right amount of money. I contacted them via the chat in the app and it was all sorted in minutes - no problem. Great service as far as I am concerned. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Current account

Quick and simple to set up an account initially. Live being able to bank cheques with a quick snap. Savings simple with spaces, set up for different things. Easy to set up new payments. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
