They are so supportive

Took the worry out of the whole terrible situation. I felt supported. Debt repayments became much more affordable. For the first time, there was light at the end of the tunnel.

Helpful, kind, efficient.

I turned to Stepchange when I was diagnosed with metastatic cancer and could no longer work. My income was hugely cut and I could no longer keep up with card payments etc. They were incredible, kind, understanding and within a few weeks they had set up a DMP for me which I’ve managed to stick to for four years.
