Stepchange helped me through one of the hardest time...

Stepchange helped me through one of the hardest times in my life. They were so knowledgeable on what I needed to do next and really. changed the direction my life was heading. There was judgement just strong practical advice and a proper understanding when I thought mine would be the only time they’d heard such a story. They advised how to put a proper plan into place and fully explained the options and what to expect in the future. I’ve stuck with this plan and I’ve been paying my debts off for many years but I’ve never looked back and I know any queries or questions I can get in touch with Stepchange and they’d be there for me. From a feeling of deep despair to satisfaction

COVID sunk our finances into a deep hole of despair- the kind and helpful personal assistance from Stepchange assistants helped us work out a budget and presented us with a plan of action. Not only did this help us with peace of mind but for the first time in a long time we felt back in control. Over time there were considerate and helpful articles sent via email to help us with adjustments to our thinking and thus our spending habits.
