Got to a stage when couldnt face the growing mail getting from the creditors. I knew I had to di something so took the courage to speak with Stepchange,in the end I had nothing to worry about as they made you feel at ease and always talked you through everything and helped in any way that they could. Patient, sympathetic and friendly advisors. Who helped to organise my debts and incoming finances to enable me to become debt free. I telephoned initially without being able to see a way out of debt. The advisors I spoke to on my journey were very helpful and adjusted payments easily if I was in a better or worse financial position. Luckily I had a pay increase at work and told StepChange, they increased the payments to my debtors easily which enabled me to become debt free quicker. Reviewed on: 1st June 2025

Absolutely fantastic!

They have been excellent. I did look at debt management company but about 30% of the amount I would be paying to them to clear my debts would be going to them as fees. Making it even longer to repay my debts. Take my advice. Just go straight to Step Change. Absolutely fantastic. Reviewed on: 31st May 2025
