The advisers does his work professionally.

The advisers are very patient and good listeners and help you not have anxiety by explaining to you how they are able to assist you when having financial difficulties. I have been provided ongoing debt advice relating to my financial situation. I do appreciate the service provided and continue to look forward to be assisted as my financial matters. Life-Changing Support from StepChange

I can't thank StepChange enough for the support they gave me during an incredibly stressful time. I was struggling with over £70,000 of debt and didn’t know where to turn. From the very first contact, they were understanding, professional, and never judgmental. They took all the hassle out of dealing with creditors—no more scary letters or phone calls. Everything was handled on my behalf, and it felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders. Patient, sympathetic and friendly advisors.

Patient, sympathetic and friendly advisors. Who helped to organise my debts and incoming finances to enable me to become debt free. I telephoned initially without being able to see a way out of debt. The advisors I spoke to on my journey were very helpful and adjusted payments easily if I was in a better or worse financial position. Luckily I had a pay increase at work and told StepChange, they increased the payments to my debtors easily which enabled me to become debt free quicker. Reviewed on: 1st June 2025

Absolutely fantastic!

They have been excellent. I did look at debt management company but about 30% of the amount I would be paying to them to clear my debts would be going to them as fees. I highly recommend Stepchange.

I highly recommend Stepchange if you have and are worried about debts. I've had a debt management plan for 9 months now and pay a monthly affordable amount. I don't get phone calls or letters from creditors anymore. Once you complete the easy online forms with your financial info Stepchange contact your creditors for you with your budget info and how much you can afford to pay. Providing you keep up with payments things are less & less stressful from then on. I am now free of worry & feel back in control thanks to Stepchange. Reviewed on: 31st May 2025
