Professional & Friendly

I have used step change for 4 years and they are amazing. The yearly budget review helps keep you in the loop of your finances and the staff are very friendly that it's like talling to a friend on the phone. They offer advice on things you had no idea about and 100% of the money you have left to pay for your debts go on your debts no admin fee on top of it. The statements that they send show you how long you have u til you're debt free and they never judge you if you need to add another debt on to your account. Paying back my debt is much more manageable

After burying my head in the sand I finally came to the realisation that I needed help. I completed the online application with ease, the outcome was brilliant. Much more manageable payments so I’m now able to live my life and have money spare to enjoy family time.
