Life changing

From the moment I interacted with Step Change I have been shown compassion understanding and professionalism . They have allowed me to see a light at the end of the tunnel of debt . I can't thank them enough I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is struggling to get by juggling the rollercoaster of hopelessness and despair that debt can bring . Best decision I've made.

I was overwhelmed by trying to keep up payments to creditors. I was recommended to contact Step Change and it was the best decision I ever made. They helped me to construct a budget where I made regular monthly payments to my creditors but still had enough money to cover all my other outgoings. I've been with Step Change for nearly two years and they have continued to provide support. Thanks to them, I've never missed a payment to my creditors and I'm in a stable financial situation.
