Thanks to Step Change I was able to start sleeping again. They are very understanding, not in the least bit judgemental; very thankful I found the courage to pick up the phone and talk to them. I have since suggested step-change to acquaintances also struggling with debt. They are a wonderfully supportive organisation, they have been helping me for the past 5 years and I am very appreciative of their help. Contacting step-change removed a massive weight of my shoulders and has given me peace of mind. I have been a Stepchange customer for many years, when I first contacted them I was vet overwhelmed and anxious, Stepchange took charge of everything they explained about what they could offer I picked a plan an they dealt with the rest, they are always there to reassure you and answer any questions you may have.
