It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. The only people I’d recommend with debt

I was terrified of my debt and when I turned to Stepchange I wasn’t sure what to expect. What I got was kind, constructive and positive support when - and how - I needed it most. Also, they aren’t like the cowboys who charge you for the service. As a charity they support you without adding to your debt. I can’t praise them enough. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Life-savers. Don't delay in asking them for help.

I found out about stepchange when I was in a very difficult situation struggling with debts. From the very first call until this day (it's been quite a few years) they made me feel less worried and are always kind and helpful. They've taken charge so I don't need to deal with the stressful letters and calls anymore. I can focus on my poor health instead. They've been life-savers I cannot recommend them more strongly. I'm about half way through my debt management plan a...

I'm about half way through my debt management plan and am much better at managing my money now after having numerous credit card debts. It's very easy to make the plan and adjust it when needed. I am looking forward to being debt free! Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
