Super friendly super easy

I took on a lot of debt after splitting from my ex Just one call to step change was all it took Everything was sorted It was quick easy and the staff where mega friendly, knowledgeable and efficient I already recommended them to a mate and will do so in the future Reviewed on: 8th July 2023

Excellent team

I think the service they offer really does help when you are in your darkest moments. I never thought I would be able to be financially free again but now there is light at the end of the tunnel. They make the process easy and not awkward. I did everything online and now make one payment to them for my DMP and I will be debt free in 30 months. The Stepchange service is brilliant!!

I have found Stepchange to be very helpful at a time when my stress levels were through the roof. Being able to talk to someone about my debts has been brilliant and the online service is excellent too. I recently changed my debt plan online and did it incorrectly. I panicked and changed it again. With most companies, this would cause confusion and a long-winded process to go through but Stepchange were on it straight away and to my relief, the payments were adjusted correctly, to my. Debt Management

We got into financial difficulties and contacted Step Change. They were very professional and sympathetic to our difficulties. They explaimed the process and that the Debt Management Plan would be our best way forward. It gave us some piece of mind. Accessibility

I’m profoundly deaf and unable to use the telephone for calls and most of the debt advice I tried to get was phone calls only. Stepchange have been brilliant allowing me to converse with them via emails. The best debt management organisation you can ise

I have referred many people to StepChange in my previous roles in debt collections and I have never heard bad things about them. I have also referred family and them and they have been glad that I did. Recently I had to use StepChamge for myself, and they did an amazing job, there is no judgement, just doing everything they can to help. My life is better due to Stepchange

My words will never convey sufficiently the gratitude I have for Step Change. The initial support to put my payment plan in place was fantastic and helped me have the confidence to identify all my debt and overcome the associated fear to put action in to resolve it. The process was simple and the member of the Step Change team that supported me throughout was kind and compassionate. On-going, the manageable monthly payment is made and by December this year, I will be debt free. Best of all, I didn’t have to pay anything for the service and support which I received. A wonderful Organisation

Beautiful caring people

My mortgage is about to double. I'm on a debt management plan, which has been a life saver. I rang a wonderfully helpful lady. Halfway through the conversation, I explained if I sounded a bit confused etc. It's probably because my brother passed away a month ago and my wife had a positive cancer diagnosis the day before. This mortgage doubling was just adding to my stress and worry. Not only did she advise me about the help stepchange could give me. She went out of her day to offer me comfort, support and empathy. She found me contact numbers for Macmillan and a bereavement counselling service. By now I'm sobbing, like ugly snot bubble crying. Not a good look for anyone let alone a 53 year old man.
