We had booked a meeting to on Saturday 27th Jan 2024 with Ben at the Woodbridge Branch. We were very impressed with the way we were treated. We felt special unlike some other Building Societies. We were looking to open a bond and Ben went through the options and the pro's and con's. He was very friendly and spoke at a level we could understand. Anything we were not clear about he explained. We finally decided to open a 2Y Bond at 4.45% which was much better than the Nationwide offering of 2.35%. Ben also helped my wife change her savings account to a better variable interest rate which she was very thankful for. He also offered any help need after the meeting if we were not sure about anything. Worth the hour investment in our time and treated very well. Would recommend if you are looking to invest or save. Brilliant Hadleigh Office

I recently opened an account with Suffolk Building Society in Hadleigh. I found them to be polite, friendly and efficient. To be able to talk to a person face to face rather than hanging on the end of a telephone line for ages and ages waiting to speak to someone in a data centre make an enormous difference. I visited my local branch of The Suffolk Building Society in Woodbridge to open a savings account. From the moment I entered the society premises, I received the most welcoming customer experience I have ever had. From the initial request in person to open an account, to booking & then amending my appointment over the phone to the amazingly helpful, knowledgeable & friendly Benny who set-up my account today. I was made to feel so welcome, it blew me away. Their customer service skills are amazing... keep up the good work, you make a great team. I love the personal service. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2024
