Expert and local

I love my local Suffolk Building Society as it is so helpful having a branch on my High Street with such helpful and friendly staff. It is so convenient to be able to pop into the branch and talk to a real person, rather than the alternative ghastly online banking that is so impersonal and offputting. Extremely helpful in-person meeting

All our questions were competently answered in a very friendly way and we were able to make an informed decision based on the knowledge of the manager. My only criticism would be that the rates of interest on the savings accounts we were considering were the lowest of the options that we tried. Reviewed on: 11th February 2023
