An excellent local society

Though disappointed when the local Agency closed, it is good to have an excuse to visit Woodbridge to deal with the excellent staff who are always helpful and this includes telephone chats as well. In a competitive market the rates on at least one of the accounts is attractive. Email responses to enquiries are usually dealt with reasonably quickly and helpfully by another office. SUCH A WARM RECEPTION ON ENTERING THE BUILDING SOCIETY

My first visit to Suffolk Building Society in Woodbridge, was today, 8.02.24. On entering the Office it was so pleasantly bright and spotless along with a greeting of Good Afternoon. The gentleman on the desk asked if he could help and I said I had an appointment at which he offtered me a cup of tea/coffee. I was the privileged to be offered a seat by the Manager who dealt with my request.. Reviewed on: 8th February 2024
