Tembo were brilliant and have kept us fully informed throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to ensure we were walked through the entire process as FTB. Jo and Callum went out of their way to get us a better product if they felt our existing one wasn’t good enough which we really appreciated. Buying a home couldn't have been easier

Tembo provided excellent service sorting the mortgage as a first time buyer for a new build. My mortgage broker, Sebastian, was knowledgeable, guided me through the process with regular phone calls and emails, and secured an excellent interest rate. I can hardly believe that this service was free (since I hold an ISA with Tembo). I'm moving into my first home in a few days, and I can't thank Tembo enough for making the process so easy! Our experience with Tembo money has been easy and straightforward. The level of service me and my wife received was excellent. From the moment we got in touch with Tembo money everyone one was friendly and helpful in the process of applying for a mortgage. Never thought it was possible with our circumstances not being straightforward/ normal BUT with the help of the Tembo money team It was made possible me and my wife are in the process of buying our new build home . Tembo money helped us every step of the way…. even down to the life insurance policy’s we had to see if we were getting the best out of existing insurance coverage. When our mortgage offer was nearing end date Tembo money got in touch to get our mortgage offer extended due to our new build home not being ready. The process was easy and straightforward with the information they requested and we got the extension. Thankyou Tembo money for making our dream happen never thought it was possible.
