Paul Herbert & Jess Eley are Superstars!

Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Don't hesitate - BEST SERVICE EVER!!

Wow, I don't usually take the time to leave reviews but Ruth and Jess have been amazing. I have used brokers before and its been so complex. I really felt Ruth understood what I needed from the outset, didn't rush me and gave me excellent advice on affordability etc. I did look to go direct for my mortgage once I'd found a property and ran back quickly to Ruth when there were some issues with the valuation. She found a solution at pace and at excellent value. Worth her weight in gold. If you are nervous on an online service, don't be. Jess has been equally great now my offer is out.
