Would highly recommend Tembo. Fae, Faye, and Elly were incredibly friendly and professional throughout and made what could have been a very stressful experience a breeze. From initial talks and advice from Bethany, to the milestone of the mortgage offer with Callum, Tembo has provided outstanding service. Best money spent for a remortgage!

We were so nervous going into this whole remortgage process for many reasons, but Claudia and Chelsea were both fantastic! From the start to the end we felt supported and weee able to understand everything that was going on. It’s nice to be able to make such big decisions with a company that genuinely wants to help. Excellent experience with Tembo

My experience with Tembo has been one of the easiest parts of the housing buying process. The online portal was easy to follow and meant I could provide information prior to a call to the broker. My broker Manny was extremely helpful and responsive, making sure he gave me all the information and options to help me make a full informed decision regarding which mortgage product to choose. I was also able to organise call times which were suitable around my work and home life, so really appreciated his flexibility with regards to this. Abbey became my case manager and kept me up to date throughout the entire process and was very responsive to any queries and ensure the process ran smoothly up until the point we received our mortgage offer. First time buyers

We are first time buyers and Ben and Amy have been really helpful with the process so far and the gentleman who organised the initial call before Ben as well. The communication has been great, clear, quick and professional. Ben gave us a rough idea of what to expect and questions to ask later on which is rrally helpful.
