Zero flexibility bunch of bullies

I was struggling to get a document to them and I consistently gave them valid reasons why I could not, Nobody seemed to know exactly what docs I give and nobody could give me sound advice Cancelled my policy on short notice. Simple and easy

It was so easy to set up my car insurance with Tesco Bank and it's great that they offer an extra discount if you have a clubcard too! It's my second year with them now and probably won't be my last. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Very friendly and helpful service

The staff at Tesco insurance were really kind and helpful after my car was written off in an accident. I did ask for a couple of updates during the process (total of about 6 weeks) but a claim handler responded to my emails within a couple of days. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023
