I am extremely disappointed with Tesco Bank Insurance.

I am extremely disappointed with Tesco Bank Insurance. After being a loyal driver with 12 years of No Claims Discount (NCD), I made a claim following an unfortunate accident. Not only did they significantly undervalue my car when processing the claim, but they also slashed my NCD from 12 years down to just 3 years! This feels incredibly unfair and unprofessional, especially as I’ve never had a claim in over a decade. Their customer service is unhelpful, and they seem more interested in taking money than providing fair and transparent services to their customers. I expected much better from a well-known insurance provider. If you’re considering insuring your car with Tesco Bank Insurance, think twice—there are much better options out there that value customer loyalty and offer fairer claims processes. Best renewal deal

I was recently sent a renewal from my existing company which almost made me choke on my coffee. Off I went to a comparison site and found Tesco Bank to be the cheapest deal around. Strangely it was cheaper to purchase via the comparison site and not directly but I got the same cover and extras for much less than existing insurer wanted to retain me as a loyal customer! Good experience at first, then it changed.

Easy to take out with a free gift, but when it came to someone hitting me (their fault) they really put our renewal quote up by over double the previous year. I felt this was unfair, so went elsewhere. Reviewed on: 9th August 2015

Very easy and efficient to sign up, very helpful staff when contacted - wish my previous insurers were as helpful

Tesco provided the cheapest quote (by some way) yet still included everything that I wanted - courtesy car, etc. etc. I was also able to gain £50 cashback from QuidCo, and in my one dealing with them so far they were very helpful. Passing all relevant information to them was easy and all online / via email, including proving my no-claims discount. Excellent Service

Needed to arrange car insurance quickly. Easy to do so online with Tesco and found myself one of the best deals out there through them. The process throughout was easy to do with the minimum of fuss.
