Confusing!

Easy to get approved however the on-line figures of amount spent/available are very confusing and never add up! If you manually pay the full amount way in advance of payment day they still take the minimum amount from your bank on the payment day! Cards may get 'frozen' for security if used too much but are automatically 'released' the next morning! Reviewed on: 30th June 2016

Friendly staff plus you earn points with each spend

When I was burgled during the night the thief stole my purse which had several credit cards inside. Well I called Tesco to inform them I was very upset. The lady on sent me a compliments slip and a little note with my new card - it cheered me up no end. I chose to stay with them due to the best customer service. Convenient Point System.

A credit card with an excellent point reward system. Very good customer service ,especially with lost cards. Due to paying on time and being good customers, our available sum to borrow is automatically put up every year or so Reviewed on: 25th June 2016

Collect club card points as you spend

When you use this credit card you will earn club card points. If you buy Tesco products you earn more points per pound than non Tesco items. Use it for fuel at Tesco, shopping or any purchase anywhere. If you pay the balance off each month, which you can do by direct debit to make it easier, then you will effectively earn whilst spending with this card. Reviewed on: 20th June 2016

No problems- good customer service

I got this card just to try and top up my clubcard points and it worksa treat for this. I had some early issues, ( I forgot my PIN and online password) but TESCO sorted it out quickly. Full marks :) Reviewed on: 20th June 2016
