Great 0% balance transfer deal!

There was an extensive 0% balance transfer deal which I took advantage of. I've used the website only on a couple of occasions, but it works well, and is easy to navigate around. I can easily plan my payments so that it makes the most of reducing the credit balance that was transferred in. Easy to deal with! Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

Tesco Credit Card for 0% balance transfer

I applied for a Credit Card for a balance transfer at 0%, having been pre-approved. I had not heard anything for about 3 working days but needed to know if I had been accepted so I called them up and the young lady confirmed that I had been accepted and that the card had been dispatched and apologised for me not receiving an email to confirm this. Easy to get hold of and she was able to resolve my query immediately. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

Total lack of support on two credit card transaction...

Total lack of support on two credit card transactions, one involving defective goods where a refund had been promised, and the other involving serious overcharging. Tesco quickly found excuses for not supporting their customer on either matter, despite the customer having been with them for very many years. And be prepared for a long wait if you try to phone them. Their disregard for their customers includes not providing enough staff to answer phone calls. Reviewed on: 20th March 2024

Fine until you want to close the account.

Fine until you want to close the account. You can’t do it on the app You can’t do it online You can’t do it over the phone You have to fill in a manual form and email it to them. Download the form Its locked You can’t fill it in using Adobe or anything else so useless if you don’t have a printer which I’m guessing is what they’re counting on. The worst credit card company I have ever used, they...

The worst credit card company I have ever used, they call themselves a digital bank yet their app is a decade behind every other bank. Their customer service advisors are the worst you can deal with, so rude to the point your shocked at how they speak to you. If you ring more than once youl be advised different answers from different advisors and keep an eye on the interest they charge as they like to charge it when its not actually owed and its always oh sorry its a mistake.
