Tesco rewards partner Hotel.com

Used a Tesco Voucher to book a hotel through Hotel.com. Due to a technical issue with Hotel.com I was overcharged. Hotel.com didnt want to know neither did Tesco. Expected some support from Tesco but they just simply didnt want to know and said it wasnt their problem. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Just easy

A really easy way of building up Clubcard points. The number of points gained per pound spent is reasonable but obviously it’s beneficial to spend more in Tesco to make the most of it. The app is also easy to use and it’s easy to pay off individual transactions Reviewed on: 25th February 2023

Good credit card

This credit card works well as it encourages you to earn clubcard points. I like that as a benefit for using the credit card. The app is fairly basic and does not always work properly when it comes to showing my recent transactions. I would still recommend the clubcard credit card. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Don't get a Tesco credit card!! They'll screw you over!

Had a few bad experiences with this card over the years. Blocked many times when travelling making it useless as they couldn't unblock it till my return. Also had it cloned....twice. But the latest experience was too much! Rented a car in Spain, got wrongly charged for expensive insurance. Was told by customer services, a Miss Danielle Cameron, that it was my fault because I'd entered my PIN at the rental desk (despite them saying it was for a security deposit). This woman has refused 3 times to reconsider saying it's not their problem. Wouldn't even give me vouchers as a good will gesture, so stuff them! Tesco can go and take a running jump! I've been a huge and loyal customer all my life and for a relatively small sum they've thrown that all away. They'd have made back that money 10 times over in a couple of years from me. So far ahead of the rest

Tesco Clubcard Credit Card has all of the features and benefits that I love combined into one. It's a credit card, but every time I use it , get Clubcard points. Every time I use it, it texts me to tell me how much I've spent. I can look up my details online, including up to date Statements, there's a telephone help line and so much more. Login security easy to use.

I closed 3 credit cards recently because the new methods they used to improve security were too onerous. Tescos card security works for me. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023
