I almost gave up.

I almost gave up. I had emailed a mortgage broker who never replied. I tried another building society and I am still waiting. But then I contacted the Family Building Society and I talked with Louise who was friendly, funny and knew her stuff. Within 24 hours I had a detailed reply and a clear way forward. I feel supported and informed. So far everything has exceeded my expectations. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

I called the telephone adviser today, not knowing what to expect. He was very helpful knowledgeable about the Society's products, put me at ease and gave me so much good information that I can go back to my client with extreme confidence.
