Excellent Briefing Rescues Client

With my mortgage product coming to its end in March, i selected another product in January but then failed to provide written confirmation. On phoning FBS today, I discovered my selection was no longer available. But, the FBS agent I spoke with (Serena) led me by the hand through options available, I made my selection, and the show was back on the road. Brilliant help from Ed

We have a case where an older client has approached us for a capital and interest mortgage. We have emailed Ed Dawson all the details and Ed has been brilliant with helping us with the figures and whether the case is possible. We have just submitted the case this morning and are very optimistic this will go through. We are very happy with the help we have had from Ed and will keep in touch if we need anything further. I called Louise today, helpful and great service

I called Louise today and she was helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and yet professional. She was very pleasant and nothing was too hard for her. All sorted and painless! We have called a few times and everyone is the same, great company to deal with. Reviewed on: 21st March 2024

I almost gave up.

I almost gave up. I had emailed a mortgage broker who never replied. I tried another building society and I am still waiting. But then I contacted the Family Building Society and I talked with Louise who was friendly, funny and knew her stuff. Within 24 hours I had a detailed reply and a clear way forward. I called the telephone adviser today, not knowing what to expect. He was very helpful knowledgeable about the Society's products, put me at ease and gave me so much good information that I can go back to my client with extreme confidence.
