Excellent Briefing Rescues Client

With my mortgage product coming to its end in March, i selected another product in January but then failed to provide written confirmation. On phoning FBS today, I discovered my selection was no longer available. But, the FBS agent I spoke with (Serena) led me by the hand through options available, I made my selection, and the show was back on the road. Family Building Society South Coast Roadshow

Mortgage for older working person

FSB offered a deal much better than others and for a longer term. My ideal was to take a small mortgage until I retired and then pay it off with retirement funds when I was ready to stop work, and FSB has allowed me to work to this. Reviewed on: 10th October 2023

Great service

I rang FBS today and the phone was answered promptly by a real person! That is so rare in the current digital age where people are held up waiting for ages, being told that ‘your call is important to us’ when it clearly isn’t. Such a refreshing change! Mortgage for an older couple
