Excellent Briefing Rescues Client

With my mortgage product coming to its end in March, i selected another product in January but then failed to provide written confirmation. On phoning FBS today, I discovered my selection was no longer available. But, the FBS agent I spoke with (Serena) led me by the hand through options available, I made my selection, and the show was back on the road. I am very impressed!

I am a mortgage broker and this was my first case with them. From the beginning, the BDM was excellent in helping sort through my clients requirements, checking with underwriters prior to application and doing his utmost to set the case up for success. The underwriting team were very swift in dealing with the case even though this was a complex one, especially in terms of the deposit. The case went from submission to offer in just over two weeks which I found impressive. Overall, I would happily use them again. Reviewed on: 10th September 2024
