Excellent customer service.

Very good customer service. Things explained clearly and very helpful, professional whilst remaining friendly. Help given with comparing products and clear advice on actions needed. Locked Out Of My Account

I was locked out of my Mortgage account on Sunday 7th Sept. Contacted Family Building Society today Monday 8/09/25 and and the problem was sorted out by Lisa Adams who was very pleasant and cheerful to speak to she was very Patient with me when I using my mobile phone to get an access code.
