Getting online.

I was struggling to access the online service. I was lucky enough to speak to Donnika who immediately identified the problem and then steered me successfully through the process.. All working now. Reviewed on: 29th August 2025

FBC have scored yet again!

I spoke to Guy Williams and whilst being very professional he was also friendly and understood that i was nervous and needed questions answered. Catherine was professional, friendly and helpful.

Catherine was professional, friendly and helpful. However, as I had only 1 customer in front of me in the queue, and it took some time to answer my call, was she the only person dealing with calls. Finally, please use a lower case 'r' for 'Kind regards'. Reviewed on: 25th August 2025

Applying for new fixed rate mortgage product.

Change of Interest Only Contract
