Unblocking account

I understand that there is a long delay ,waiting to get through on the phone, 20 mins- as you are so busy- and I did appreciate the option to have a call back to avoid waiting on the phone . I didn’t take up this option - hence the longish wait .Once through - the service I received was professional, helpful and friendly - and the problem of unblocking my account - my own fault ,was quickly resolved . Too busy !

Too busy to answer phone, too busy to answer emails, too busy to deal with enquiry, will try and get back to you in about 4 days ! Could not get details or application enquiry off the website. This was an active investment enquiry ! Reviewed on: 10th October 2025

As our phone lines have been particularly busy, we do offer a callback feature that allows you to keep your place in the queue without staying on the line. One-Time Passcode

My only complaint is that occasionally the One-Time Passcode text does not come through to my Mobile phone in time and on those occasions I would like to be able to request an automated call to my Home phone. It would be useful to have that choice at the time of logging in. Reviewed on: 5th October 2025
