Issues setting up online Acc - But sorted-Thanks .

Had issues setting up an online Acc. But, staff were very helpful. Avoid phoning them towards 4:30pm (was 8th in the queue) as lines close at 4:30pm (the queue just hang up). But when you eventually get to speak to staff, they are exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much bother. More to the point, matters were sorted and I feel a happy customer. I have only been an account holder for a few days. Hopefully things will continue in a postive way. Reviewed on: 28th May 2025

Excellent Customer Service!

Lisa Adams, the Customer Service representative I spoke to, was very polite, helpful and attentive throughout the phone call, which was to arrange what I wanted to do with a savings bond due to mature next week. Reviewed on: 21st October 2025

Transferring money.

i WAS UNABLE TO TRANSFER AN AMOUNT FROM ONE ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER. i PHONED FBS AND ME REQUEST WAS CARRIED OUT TO MY SATISFACTION. Reviewed on: 15th October 2025

I am treated as a valued customer in the Branch which is unheard of in a Bank today. I do business with several Banks and I am ALWAYS made to feel a nuisance for not using the internet to carry out any transactions. Family Building Society make it clear that help in-branch is always an option and I value the face to face availability at times. My husband feels the same.. Reviewed on: 13th October 2025
