Such helpful and friendly staff.

A delight to speak to some real people who are so helpful and patient. In particular I should like to thank Stephanie McGrath who has the patience of a saint. I needed help concerning my maturing ISA.

Donnika was very helpful and understanding of the reason for my call, and she took immediate action to sort out the steps needed to get me back on my online account and open my account. Experience of Customer Service call

was locked out of account, and needed to phone up to be unlocked. Lisa Adams was very good, and restored my account. The reason for a 3 star rating was not her service, but the 23minute wait to get through on the phone Reviewed on: 2nd September 2025

Steph McGrath performance.
