We only have the one account (Windfall Bond) but fee...

We only have the one account (Windfall Bond) but feel it is really good value as it not only has a good interest rate but it also enters all investors into a monthly draw which (I think) gives a lot better chance of winning than other similar types of investments. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Account Opening Enquiry

I had a query about opening an account on behalf of a relative. It was slightly complex but was handled very efficiently by Donnika. The branch staff had also been very pleasant and helpful. Also the ‘phone was answered very promptly. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

What a building society should be like

Compared to many financial institutions FBS are so easy to deal with. Phones get answered promptly and queries dealt with efficiently. May not always give the very best savings rates but always competitive. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Market Tracker Cash ISA (2)

I telephoned Family Building Society earlier today to request product literature, specifically Market Tracker Cash ISA (2) Application Form and Cash ISA Transfer Authority Form, be sent to me by post. Uploading is not simple!

I wanted to do the simple task of uploading a document as requested but logging into my account did not give me the option... why not? It would seem to be the obvious place to find the upload option. Reviewed on: 17th March 2025
