Exceptional customer service!

The adviser that I spoke to was Katherine A. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. I needed assistance in transferring funds between accounts and she kindly took the time to wait on the phone with me while she talked me through what I needed to do. Although it took a while, Katherine remained patient throughout. It is difficult to find such helpful customer support these days - I am very impressed. Thank you! Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

Don't do AI - keep talking to people

I tried to open an ISA account with Family BS and had inadvertently sent the funds to the wrong location . I tried to research this via my own bank ( one of the large clearing banks , and could not get a response from the web site and knpw from previous experience that since the branch closures they are impossible to contact . The only option was to contact Family BS - I did and was helped by Mr David Hobbs who was not only very helpful but also managed to calm me down and explained how the transfer system worked , I tried to get through to my own bank again but again with no success , so wiith the information provided by David I managed to resolve the issue and traced the funds . Thank you very much to both David and the company for keeping people talking to customers - excellent service - and I will now open the account Reviewed on: 21st February 2025
