The staff both in branch and on the telepohne are very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. It would however, be a great advantage to be able to see your password as you type it so that you could spot errors and rectify them. It can be time consuming if you have made an error e.g. typed a capital letter by mistake but you do not know what the error is. The savings rates are however very competitive and hard to beat! Very helpful customer service team

Mortgage and Savings review

WE have had a family mortgage with the society and a number of savings products. All products were competitive and the service has been excellent and felt personal. Not just a number? Security when calling is thorough and reassuring. Tracker funds give a good return and easy to operate. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025
