IT "update" was a complete disaster

The IT "update" was a complete disaster. I have not been able to log on for a week and still cannot. I have been told 3 times the problem has been fixed, it has not. I was an IT director for a major bank, if this happened on my watch I would have been sacked. I presume this will not happen here, bunch of amateurs Reviewed on: 22nd May 2025

Easy and friendly customer service

I was locked out of my account and called to get it unlocked. It was easy to do and the lady (I forget her name) was patient and waited on the call until I was able to get back in. The whole thing was pretty quick. Reviewed on: 11th November 2025

So efficient and pleasant to deal

So efficient and pleasant to deal with on the phone and really competitive interest rates. Unlike many, they still do postal accounts which we much prefer but you can do online if you so wish. Also you can phone them and they are very helpful. Documents come through quickly on postal accounts and with a Certificate. So, this is why we would recommend them. Reviewed on: 31st October 2025
