Good cover, good value. Easy claims process.

The best policy around and friendly efficient staff!

Good value

I have insurance with this company for three horses I initially started with them 16 years ago with my very first horse Alfie over the years he’s had lots of health issues and I’ve never had a problem claiming from them and he’s still insured with them now. Also last year I bought a new horse that had issues that I was unaware of and after owning her for 6 months I had to make the decision to have her put to sleep and again they paid out on the policy such a relief to know that I had insurance and that the company was efficient and helpful through the whole process Reviewed on: 16th October 2023

Value for money, speedy and reliable service

I have had various animals insured with the Insurance Emporium over the years and have had to make insurance claims both small and sadly big. IE have been efficient and fair in dealing with these claims, along with helpful in stressful times. I once managed to insure one animal twice, not realising until a year later at renewal - my duplicate premiums were all repaid swiftly with no quibbling Reviewed on: 16th October 2023

Big Ben's Dental covered by Emporium!

My big old moggy, Ben, is notorious for having a scrap, and on TWO separate occasions has broken his canine teeth needing veterinary treatment. Thankfully, I had the good sense to take out pet insurance with Emporium, and on both occasions, my vet bills have been covered (minus the excess), without any fuss whatsoever, which is a massive relief and means that Ben can enjoy his old age, fit and healthy, with just a few less teeth! I would happily recommend Emporium for pet insurance (and have done!). I'm so grateful. Reviewed on: 16th October 2023
