Excellent support when we needed it most

You only really know what an insurer is like when you make a claim and The Insurance Emporium came up trumps when we needed them. Our cat got very ill and they just paid the claims without any quibbles, supporting us through a very difficult period and we are very gtateful to them for all their support. Excellent insurance company

Good value dog insurance

NEW POLICY HOLDER - VERY IMPRESSED SO FAR

Have just used some comparison sites for pet insurance - such a minefield, so many variations & crafty 'get outs'! But was very impressed with The Insurance Emporium. Very good price and good package - easy to understand. I get a bit overwhelmed with all the online stuff so requested a paper copy of my policy and the bound document provided is terrific - easy to read and contains all the information I need. Hopefully I won't have to make any claims but now fully understand the process and obligations if I do. Reviewed on: 15th October 2023
