Great company

Horse Insurance

Over the years I have had horse insurance with The Horse Emporium. I have had excellent service from them both in help taking out various policies and help in making a claim. Excellent value for money and customer service

Purr-fect insurance

Our cats have been very well looked after by this company. The prices are extremely competitive and the range of insurance available is superb. They were extremely sensitive when one of my pets died. I’ve never known an insurance company reduce prices but this is what has happened to me! I’ve just bought a new policy for our latest addition too! Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Thank you Insurance Emporium

We rescued our cat Ziggy and all seemed well for a while. Over a few days his eyes were becoming cloudy. A visit to the vet and he was diagnosed with FIV leading to Uveitis and dislocated lenses in both eyes which need an operation to stop him going blind. From the start we took out a Lifetime Gold policy with Insurance Emporium. We took him in on the day of his operation and left him at the vets. One hour later we received a call we are unable to do the operation Ziggy's glucose is to high . He was now diagnosed with Diabetes. Diabetes under control and operation successful and then another problem. Constipation. He had to go in to vets for a flush Enema. So Ziggy is on 5 eye drops a day, Diabetes insulin, and Constipation liquid. Thank you to Insurance Emporium. Customer service are a pleasure to speak to and always happy to listen. Claims forms are filled and sent in and payment of claims received in a couple of weeks. It is a very sad and stress full time when your Pet is unwell but thank you to my Insurance a lot of that stress and worry is taken away. Ziggy is a happy and playful cat and we are very grateful. Excellent service

Cannot recommend the insurance emporium enough, they have insured my dog for several years now, paying out claims promptly and replying to any queries I have had very quickly. Although my premiums have gone up considerably, this is due to my dogs ongoing health conditions and they continue to be very comparable to other providers Reviewed on: 12th October 2023
