Great service

Worthy

Have been with Emporium for a few years now. Have the lifetime cover for our border collie. Although prices go up every year regardless of a claim or not, Emporium are always engaged to help keeping rates to a minimum. We have claimed twice and the process is very seamless. The resolution timescales are acceptable. Despite the excess to pay and various T&Cs that reduce the overall amount claimed, Emporium have followed up and explained every step of the process. Satisfied with the service, maybe not so much the cost bit but it starts with Vets having to do their efforts and massively reduce their rates. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Great experience

Great Insurance at resonable prices

I've had my dogs past and present insured with the Insurance Emporium for 10 years. They're very easy to deal with and provide insurance at reasonable prices. Also when the renewal for the policy is due there are no nasty surprises like I've had with other insurance companies. The premiums for one dog reduced per month.
