Reliable and professional

I have had my dog insured with Insurance Emporium for over 10 years and they have been excellent. They have responded quickly to any queries or claims, and never quibbled when paying out for injuries and illnesses. My dog has experienced a number of life-long conditions and it is great peace of mind to know that we are covered for medication and vet visits to ensure we can give her the best care possible. 'Insurance Emporium' is a genuinely good insurance company.

I've held an 'Insurance Emporium' pet insurance protection plan for many years now as they have always been very effective and competitive with the yearly renewal process. In addition, their customer service is efficient, professional and friendly. Lastly I'd like to add my thanks for the way they handled a claim for my beautiful best friend when he needed serious and expensive veterinary treatment - you can't put a price on your pets health but it was very comforting and reassuring to be told that they would take charge of dealing with all the vets fees. Claims

Are the test, and I've had the misfortune to claim for my boy recently. They have been excellent through the claim process. Previously there was an error setting up my plan but it was minor and fixed quickly and fairly. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023
