Review of the The Insurance Emporium, Pet Insurance:

Inflexible customer service/communication.

Missed a payment on 2nd Dec 2024. Was emailed that day and on 16th yes. But this is a busy time of year and I have ADHD and dyslexia so have difficulty with emails. No call. No retry to take funds, no letter. Just cancelled the policy. Called on same day as cancellation and they wanted £10 to re in-state the policy. Reviewed on: 30th December 2024

Excellent pet insurance

An old Westie given fast service

Although my Westie is classed as a Senior due to her age the premiums I pay are very competative. When I recently had to claim for a tumour on her eyelid The Insurance Emporium could not have been more helpful. Was very easy to submit the claim and was paid out within days.
