Good policy and paid when needed

Easy to purchase and understood the policy.. Luckily I've only needed to claim once and this was done via the vet with no issue. I've had no direct dealing with customer service so can't comment on that element Reviewed on: 20th August 2024

Whenever I've had to call through to customer services they've always been quick, professional and helpful. They explain things fully and cover every concern I've had. Good customer service - expensive excess

The customer service has been great when I had to make a claim for my horse. However, the additional 16% excess charge makes the overall excess very expensive. These weren’t the terms I originally signed up to but for future renewals they added this charge. Reviewed on: 20th August 2024
