Cheap insurance

They are nit picking when it comes to reimbursing £7.99 for an iced frozen boxed delivery of insulin & do not reimburse. The insulin is cheaper online to buy which is why there is a delivery charge. Reviewed on: 11th August 2023

These are noted in full within your policy wording for Vets Fees, and these costs would be unrecoverable as part of a claim. Paid out claim without issue

My horse was lame and needed vet treatment. The Insurance Emporium paid expenses without delay and without issue. The only insurer I use for my horses, dog and horse trailer. Reviewed on: 11th August 2023

Easy claim process

Great value insurance for my dog. Had to claim for the first time recently and process very easy and mainly handled directly with vet. Quick reimbursement. I definitely recommend IE and have converted several doggy friends to them. Reviewed on: 11th August 2023

Insurance company to be with

I can not fault these guys I have 2 horses and 1 dog insurance policy.. Unfortunately I've had numerous claims on one of my horses and they have been amazing always paid out , answered any queries I've had in a professional and friendly manner.
