Reassuring Insurance

My retired assistance dog developed health issues leading to early retirement, but the one thing that gave me assurance was knowing that our insurance was there to cover the expense, they were/are prompt in paying and always a friendly word when speaking on the phone which we when we're worried for our special friends goes a long way to helping us get through the difficult days Reviewed on: 18th July 2023

Easy to claim

I have made two claims within the last 3 years, one for my horse and another for one of my dogs. It was very straight forward to claim, I did have to chase them up a little for the claim on my horse as they were having an IT update, but they were easy to get hold off on the phone, would always call back and as soon as they were able to they processed my claim. The claim for my dog was processed and money in my account within 10 days. Reviewed on: 18th July 2023

Easy - Simple - Comprehensive Lunar Policy Cover

My dog is insured with The Insurance Emporium's 'lunar policy', with Lifetime Cover. This means each calendar month, he has £6k of veterinary fee cover. A typical policy only gives you £6k veterinary fees cover in per annum. Yes, I pay extra for this, but if it wasn't for this policy, on the two occasions our dog has been seriously ill, we would have struggled to cover the costs without this policy. Claims are super easy to do, and quick to pay out. I can't recommend The Insurance Emporium enough! Reviewed on: 18th July 2023

Excellent Value for Money
