This was the best value pet insurance I could find.

This was the best value pet insurance I could find. it was really easy to get a quote and then arrange the insurance online. The documents were available to download promptly and the registration process to gain access to them was straightforward. There was an inadvertent discrepancy shown against my "Policy Term" on my Policy Schedule declaring it a "monthly" policy which was incorrect; I had an annual pet policy. I received an email apologising for the error and was issued new policy documentation. All the emails from the company are friendly, helpful and clear. I haven't needed to contact customer service or make a claim so I am unable to comment on those areas. Reviewed on: 30th July 2024
