Well looked after

When my Dalmatian Murphy was diagnosed with cancer these guys dealt with the vets directly no issues in paying his bills took all the pressure off of my family ag a really awful time Absolutely awesome company some much so have insured other dog with them and recommended when ever anyone asks Reviewed on: 24th September 2022

Excellent Service and Communication

We have been with Emporium since 2020 and due to a medical issue with our pet we had to pull upon our insurance policy. It was so simple with easy communication, a friendly but professional service and a very speedy response. Emporium dealt with our vet directly at the end with payments and communicated the whole process by mail to us so that we knew where we were. Very happy customers. And our pet is now fighting fit!
