Very straightforward to deal with

One of the few companies prepared to cover older pets. Simple straightforward application and claims process. They deal direct with vets. Yes, there are exclusions and excess deductions, but these are all clearly defined. Reviewed on: 6th October 2021

2 Claims in 2 months

Unfortunately I had to make two claims for two separate cats in a short space of time but the insurance Emporium were helpful and sympathetic, but also I had reminders to follow up on any missing paperwork, and they also excepted signed paperwork directly from the vet, which saved me the worry and the hassle and my claim was sent through to me in very short time after. Great Products, Great People, Great Service

I have had my 3 Labradors insured by The Insurance Emporium ever since I have had them and sadly have had to make a claim for an elbow injury to my youngest who is a 12 month old puppy. The claim process was very easy and after answering a couple of further questions, the claim was settled quickly. What more do you want from your insurer! Reviewed on: 1st October 2021

Pet Insurance

I have always insured my dogs through The Insurance Emporium. Their policies are very good. The man I spoke to today was very compassionate going through the forms I had to fill out after losing my young dog. It was such a sensitive issue for me and he took his time to explain everything to me. I would use them again and would definitely recommend my friends and family to use them too. They don't start saying that they don't cover this and that when something goes wrong, they are on your side when you need them when faced with vet bills. Reviewed on: 24th September 2021
