Good insurance company

I've been with them for a few years now, which is unusual for me as I always shop around for the insurance, but I've decided to stick with them as the price is good. In that time I made 2 claims with them. Both times it was easy, fuss free, which is another reason why I've stayed with them. Reviewed on: 19th August 2020

Honourable- paid my claim quickly

Winston had a procedure for his ear and I sent in a claim. They paid it very quickly, no fuss. Very easy. I was completely shocked to be honest! Reviewed on: 18th August 2020

Bulldog Kevin cut his paw

Kevin our Bulldog cut his paw so a visit to the vet was required. They carried out the work needed to repair the damage and we paid it. I found it easy to get a claim form and Emporium paid out minus excess very promptly and I was impressed with the great customer service THANKS a lot from Kevin. Reviewed on: 18th August 2020

Will get out of paying anything if they can

Added exclusions for my dog because he had a wart removed on his eye 10 years ago. The vets written explaining there aren’t And haven’t been any ongoing problems Since but they won’t reconsider. I was warned about this company but only after I had renewed my policy which was to late then. Please stay well clear of them! Reviewed on: 18th August 2020

Not easy enough

Not easy enough to have to deal with a claim when already a stressful time. Having to pay upfront then claim back when my pet is having multiple appointments is awkward and confusing. Also not clear enough in the policy that there are maximums to claims ie, emergency appointments and hospitalisations. My other insurance for a different pet is far easier to deal with, no supposed over maximums and they pay vet directly so I only pay my excess. Great service at a great price

Good value for money and easy claim process.

I have both my German Shepherds insured with insurance emporium since puppies and had to make my first claim recently when my girl had a growth that needed removed. The claim process was easy and straight forward. I also recommend to a friend for her dog and she had to get surgery on her dog also and again she found it straight forward and settled quickly.
