the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Good service but lack of information

I had to make a claim for my pet insurance. Process was simple and got a check a few days later so very happy. Unfortunately I had to wait until I received the check to see how much the excess was as the policy didn't state this anywhere and now I can't claim for the issue a second time if it happens which is really nerve wracking, means I may have to switch insurance policy if it doesn't cover me how a likely scenario.. Good overall

My dog had to have an emergency appointment to remove her eye. Vets wouldn’t deal with insurance as they wouldn’t commit to Pre agreeing the treatment until after we submitted forms which meant to had to borrow a lot of money but seem to be on it with regards to getting pay out sorted at the end. Great customer service

My dog decided in a mad bid for stupidity dug up rat poison and after the vets fixed him the insurance emporium helped pay back the rather large vet bills. Thanks Reviewed on: 27th August 2019

Reliable, trustworthy

I’ve used other, supposedly reputable pet insurers before and have been let down, has to fight for claims I was entitled to, and encountered staff who changed from friendly to rude based on their misjudgement of me. Not with Pet Emporium. Always so warm and friendly, give honest advice and go out of their to provide as much assurance and guidance when you call.
