A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Best bank around!

I love that I know my money isn't being used for unethical investments. I also like that Triodos don't let you go overdrawn so you don't get charged for an unauthorised overdraft. When I've had to phone Triodos, my call was answered quickly and the Triodos staff were very helpful. Great bank! Reviewed on: 17th December 2019

Finally, banking without the guilt!

I had been waiting for this for a long time, well done Triodos on rewarding the wait. Ethical personal current account. All my banking actions, now provided without the worry of perpetuating the problems that mainstream banks are reluctant to address. a good feeling every time i wave my plastic. Thank you Triodos! Fair, ethical, friendly... no one else like it!

Always had friendly and very helpful customer service, who go out of their way to help you. A world apart from other banks whose staff in call centres hang up when they can't be bothered to deal with you any more (speaking from a recent experience with another bank). Calls are answered quickly and they don't keep you on hold forever. Their ethical stance on lending and companies they support is wonderful (I love their map of who they lend to!) and I can happily keep money in my account knowing it's being used for good. The communication such as email newsletters and positive news magazine are genuinely interesting and inspiring to read. We need more companies such as Triodos to continue for push for a better world. Doing good with my money

Triodos are a great bank. The app and online experience are equal or better than my previous bank (HSBC) and unlike HSBC they are completely transparent in what they are doing with my money! Reviewed on: 17th December 2019
